Shipping:
We ship from Auckland to any physical address in New Zealand and Australia.
We are unable to ship to P.O Box.

Packing:
Your parcel is generally packed on the day we receive your order.

Tracking:
Tracking information will be provided via email when we begin to pack your order, the tracking number will be active once the parcel is scanned upon pick up.

Pick Up:
We book pick ups for the next day.

Delivery:
The delivery time is as follows once the parcel is picked up:
Auckland: 1~2 working days
North Island: 2~3 working days
South Island: 2~4 working days
Rural Delivery: Please allow extra time for RD.
Australia: Please see the shipping service at the checkout.
